Kansas Girl


This was a class that was given by the Heart Sisters and the instructor was Shelia Rumney.  Of course, I changed it a lot to make it mine.  I embossed, use modeling paste, flowers, paints, etc.    

Ethiopian children





I met a girl on New Years Day at the Dillard's,  We both were out shopping the sales.  We instantly became friends. I used modeling paste, sprays, stamps, sequins, flowers, butterflies, dies, lace, and chipboard flowers.  

Keithsha's children

My crafty friend on Scrap,-Stamp & Stash Swap, these are her children. I embossed and used water paints. I also used Big Shot with dies for some of the watercolor flowers.  I was inspired by Di Garling.  My butterfly came from Reneabouquets.  I used Cricut die-cutting machine to cut out the leaves. Heidi Swapp spray paint of yellow was used. Buttons and small flat embellishments were used too.

My die of  the silver flower is from Stampin Up.  I used modeling paste,  paints, a doilies, tag, lace,flowers art stones by Finnabair.

Lexi

I splattered modeling paste, paints, used pink doilies, lace, and lots of flowers. I used couple of dies for my butterfly and leaves,   My chipboard is from Creative Embellishments.

A class I took

Another class I took, but I change my layout to make it mine.  It is me.  I used modeling paste, three different dies, doilies, flowers, leaves,  and Stickles from Tim Holtz

My Dad

This is my father, but he's old enough to be my grandpa, lol. 
On this layout, I used Tim Holtz's gears and his clock Sizzix Big die . I used chipboard with the dies, modeling paste, stamps  metal gears I got from Wish.  I used finnabair rustic paint on the metals. 

Friends

My friends who live in St. Louis.  It was very simple layout. 

my grandson as a newborn

It is when my grandson was a newborn.  I used heat and dry embossing on this layout.  I used two different butterfly dies and my Cricut for the pennants. The leave were die too.  The hearts were chipboard.

It wasn't me

My only grandchild. I used Tim Holtz's gears from the Sizzix Bigkick dies, modeling paste, sprays and paints for splatter. 



4th of July

I was in Seattle Washington on 4th of July 2016.  It is nice city to visit, but the air was pretty chilly to me especially in the evening. I used gesso, and modeling paste through Heidi Swapp's cursive stencil, Heartfelt Creation Poppy flowers, leaves and stars from Sizzic die, Also, I had a chipboard swirl from Creative Embellishments.

Crafty friends

This me and my friend, Vicki.  I took a mix media class thinking that I thought I was going learn a lot, but it wasn't much I learned.  I changed my layout to make it my own.  I used my Cricut die-cutting machine and cut out a sewing machine.  My embellishments included flowers,  a heart, a trim, buttons, a spoon of thread, a need,etc.

My layout is of my daughter who attend one of her best friend's wedding.  This mixed media  layout was Paper's People facebook page front header for the day.  I was inspired by Marilyn Rivera.  I used on this layout paper butterflies of one of the dies of Tim Holtz, Finnabair Art Stones, sequins, lace, flowers, etc

Homecoming at Mill Valley HS

My oldest son Tai. His homecoming dance at his high school in 2014. I used two different dies, gelatos, perfect pearls, thick black band, and flowers.

My daughter and my only grandchild, Brayden.  On this layout, I used modeling paste, trim, doilies, two different types of stamps, cheesecloth, a button, flowers,  paints and sprays, and chipboard from Creative Embellishment. I also embossed the chipboard. 

Cameron

Cameron is a sweet little girl I met at a soccer game.  I used paints, a flower leaf die, flowers, doilies, buttons, modeling paste, gesso, sequins, fibers, butterflies, finnabair art stones,  and I distressed the edges.
